As part of our efforts to drive the standards and quality service to higher levels we are pleased to announce the appointment of a new General Manager at the Cerf Island Resort – Mr Peter Burri.
This is an exciting development for Cerf Island Resort as we further strengthen the well established quality and position of our product and place it among the finest in Seychelles along with several new fantastic properties in Seychelles – offering visitors an enviable choice of the best of Seychelles.
Peter is Swiss and comes from a long family line of hoteliers. He was born into hotels and so from an early age was actively involved in the hotel business and has gained extensive experience in Europe and South Africa. Peter has worked in international five star hotel groups as well as small private establishments.
He has successfully moved his way up the ranks and therefore justifiably displays experience in managing luxury and deluxe hotels and resorts, fine dining restaurants and bars and even serving celebrities and high ranked people.
He attended the world famous Lausanne Hotel School and like so many Swiss, he is quite a linguist with the following languages in his repertoire: Swiss/German, English, French, Italian, Spanish and Portuguese.
